Each additional sq.ft. over 2000 $.05
Condominium up to 1200 sq.ft. $200.00
Each additional sq. ft. over 1200 $.05
Radon Testing (48 hour) $150.00
Termite Inspection (FHA & VA loans) $75.00
(with home inspection) $25.00
Crawlspace (with inspection) $35.00
