Your finished report is downloaded to a secure website and delivered via e-mail in most cases the same day. Report is archived and is easily accessible and can be viewed any time. The report is narrative style, clear, concise and easy to read. The finished report exceeds NACHI¹,ASHI² and NAHI³ Standards Of Practice.

In addition to reporting on conditions that require repair or replacement I will make recommendations for preventive maintenance and improvements. I will also familiarize you with location and operation of gas, water and electrical shut offs in case of emergency.
